- "Content is King." A web site with too much glitz and "dancing bears," probably doesn't have much useful information. Keep it clean, fast loading and information rich. Leave the animated graphics to the amateurs.
- Link to information: Don't try to republish everything that might be valuable for your visitors. Find good sources of information and link to them. Not only does this increase the value of your site for your visitors, it helps rank your site higher in the search engines and keeps people coming back.
- Share information: If you're an expert in your field, create a "blog" (web log), (we can customize an application to work the way you work) try to write in it at least weekly (but regularly), and give links to good information and news that you find that your customers will find valuable and useful. By doing this you will become a trusted expert in your field, and the obvious go-to person when people need your products or services.
- Be Lazy (or "Empower the Site Owner"): We believe in turning as much site maintenance over to the site owner as possible. This allows the site owner to keep the site current at all times while maintaining cost. Because the site owner is intimately familiar with the business and customers, the site owner is able to publish content important to the industry and relevant to their customers. If you remove the middle man (that's us) from site updates, the site can get updated more often without being billed by the developer.
- One Size Never Fits All (or, "We Build to Suit the Customer"): You won't find any "packages" on this site. We know that every business is unique, and there is nothing to gain by trying to force our clients' needs to fit into pre-packaged sites. Our goal is to create a site that reflects the nature, culture and feel of your business. We won't sell you something you don't need, and we won't make you live with less.
